Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Only Employee website (www.onlyemployee.com.bd) and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Only Employee provides comprehensive business solutions including:

  • Web & app development
  • Branding & design
  • Financial services (taxes, audits, bookkeeping)
  • Legal paperwork & compliance
  • Marketing & SEO
  • Custom business solutions

All services are provided on a one-time payment basis unless otherwise specified.

2. Payment & Refunds

Pricing: Custom quotes based on project scope.

Payment: 10% deposit to start, balance upon completion (unless otherwise agreed).

Refunds: No refunds after work begins, except as outlined in your Service Agreement.

Late Payments: A 5% penalty fee will be applied for late payments, with an additional 5% charged every 72 business hours thereafter.

If the client doesn't clear the balance upon completion, the product/service will be suspended until all outstanding balances and penalties are settled.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate requirements within 5 business days of engagement
  • Make payments per agreed schedule
  • Respond to feedback requests within 48 hours
  • Not hold Only Employee liable for delays caused by your inaction

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: You own final deliverables after full payment.

Portfolio Rights: We retain the right to display work in our portfolio (opt-out available in writing).

Third-Party Assets: Client is responsible for licensing any required stock images, fonts, or other third-party assets.

5. Confidentiality (NDA Clause)

Both parties agree to keep all business information confidential.

  • Coverage: Trade secrets, business strategies, and proprietary processes
  • Duration: 3 years post-project completion

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For ongoing support packages only:

  • Response Time: 24-78 business hours for critical issues
  • Uptime Guarantee: 97.99% for hosted solutions
  • Exclusions: Outages caused by client-side errors or third-party services

7. Limitation of Liability

Only Employee's liability is capped at project fees paid. We're not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss)
  • Third-party service failures
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, etc.)

8. Termination

By Client: 30-day written notice; deposits are non-refundable.

By Only Employee: Immediate termination for non-payment or abusive behavior.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Mediation: 30-day negotiation period required
  • Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in Cumilla, Chattogram, Bangladesh
  • Governing Law: Bangladesh laws apply

10. Subscription Terms

If applicable for recurring services:

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly/annually in advance
  • Cancellation: 15-day notice required
  • Auto-Renewal: Disabled by default (opt-in required)

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
